The ABS provides mechanical resistance to direct impacts, while the in-mold technology allows the outer shell to be directly bonded to the EPS foam, reducing the overall weight of the helmet. The helmet is certified to EN 1077 Class B, ASTM F2040, and ISO 18527-1, confirming its compliance with recognized safety standards for ski and snowboard helmets. MIPS Air Node technology incorporates a low-friction layer between the shell and the head, designed to reduce the rotational forces transmitted to the brain during oblique impacts—a common type of impact on the slopes. This system does not eliminate the risk of injury but helps to limit its effects.

Precise Fit and Comfort in All Conditions

The POC Arcus’s ergonomic design is tailored to adapt to each skier’s head shape.
