A unisex alpine ski set for all-conditions on-piste skiing

The Atomic REDSTER Q7.8 RVSK C + MI 12 GW ski set is a versatile alpine ski set designed for the slopes, with a shape engineered to handle a wide variety of groomed snow conditions. Part of the WINTER 2027 collection, this unisex model is aimed at intermediate to advanced skiers looking for a ski capable of handling day after day on the slopes with consistency. The Active Camber 0/100/0 ensures full edge-to-edge contact, which enhances grip on hard snow and stability during faster runs. Thanks to the Multi-Radius Sidecut, the ski transitions naturally between short turns and wider arcs, allowing you to adapt your line to the terrain and the rhythm of the run.

Revoshock C technology and Power Woodcore for greater stability

At the heart of this package, Revoshock C technology was developed to absorb ski vibrations and filter out shocks, ensuring a smoother and more stable ride along the entire length of the run. This vibration control is supported by a Power Woodcore—a wood core combining ash and poplar to deliver consistent performance, with a good balance between responsiveness and control. The Titanal reinforcement, known as TI Powered, adds stiffness to the ski, which translates into better edge grip as speed increases and more precise handling down the entire slope.

Dura Cap Sidewall construction and World Cup-finished base

The Dura Cap Sidewall construction of the Atomic REDSTER Q7.8 RVSK C + MI 12 GW ski set provides additional protection along the edges and helps ensure the ski’s durability against repeated impacts. It also helps transfer the skier’s pressure to the edge, providing more direct control when entering and exiting turns. The edges are machined with a lateral angle of 87° and a base angle of 0.8°, a configuration derived from racing skis that aims to balance effective grip, easy pivoting, and directional stability. The base features a World Cup-style finish, designed to minimize friction on the snow and promote smooth, consistent glide throughout the season.

Versatile geometry and dimensions suited to multiple lengths

The ski’s geometry, with a waist width ranging from 83.5 to 85 mm depending on length, positions this set as a versatile on-piste option, while maintaining a good contact area to handle changing snow conditions. In the 173 cm length, the ski has dimensions of 134-84.5-118.8 mm for a turning radius of 14.4 m, illustrating its versatility for both medium-radius turns and wide turns. The listed weight of 2,710 g per ski in the 173 cm length offers a balance between stability and maneuverability, suitable for regular use on the resort slopes. The available lengths—ranging from 166 to 181 cm in this model—allow every skier to choose a ski that matches their height and skiing style while maintaining the same technical characteristics.

With its Revoshock C technology, Titanal-reinforced Power Woodcore, and Dura Cap Sidewall construction, the Atomic REDSTER Q7.8 RVSK C + MI 12 GW ski set is a complete unisex on-piste set for intermediate to advanced skiers seeking stability and precision on groomed snow.
