Designed for advanced to expert skiers seeking performance across the entire ski area, the Stöckli Montero AR Pro stands out as a piste-oriented all-mountain ski, built for speed and precision on hard snow. Its Titanal Pro Technology construction, combined with Racing Sidewalls Black, provides stiffness and power transfer that set this model apart from conventional all-mountain skis. Available in 175- and 180-cm lengths, this package includes the Strive 13D Black binding—a combination designed for optimal mechanical integration between the ski and its binding system.

Construction and technology designed for precision: the Stöckli Montero AR Pro

The All Mountain Core, made of lightweight poplar and beech, combines lightness with structural stiffness to meet the demands of varied terrain. Flex Torsion Control technology directly influences the ski’s torsional stiffness, refining the response when initiating turns and enhancing stability when exiting turns. The Titec aluminum top sheet reinforces the entire structure without adding weight to the ski, contributing to a precise and direct skiing feel. The total weight of the package is 3.5 kg, a figure consistent with the level of construction offered.

A geometric profile designed for all-mountain skiing with a focus on on-piste performance

With dimensions of 128/84/114 mm at the tip, waist, and tail, the Montero AR Pro features an 84-mm waist, clearly positioning this ski for groomed runs and packed snow, while retaining enough versatility for light off-piste excursions. The 16.3-meter turning radius for the 175-cm length facilitates dynamic turns without sacrificing maneuverability. The profile combines a classic camber underfoot—ensuring crisp edge grip—with an “All Mountain Rocker” tip rocker, which makes it easier to initiate turns and improves performance in less-groomed snow.

Base and Edges: Performance-Oriented Components

The World Cup Race Base ensures high-level glide and precise power transfer between the skier and the snow. The Solid Metal Edge Light edges maintain continuous contact along the entire length of the ski, resulting in consistent grip on hard and icy snow. The Racing Sidewalls Black, which are stiffer than standard sidewalls, enhance lateral force transfer and improve edge bite during aggressive turns.
