Combine the lightness of a 3-season tent with the strength of a 4-season tent and you get the ACCESS 1 by MSR.
Designed to withstand bad weather and the weight of snow, this tent will be your best ally all year round. The 9mm-diameter Easton Syclone poles offer 80% more breaking strength than traditional poles, so they're ideal for withstanding the weight of snow. Its 20 denier ripstop nylon fly coated with Xtreme Shield polyurethane and silicone offers 1200mm of resistance, while its 30 denier ripstop nylon floor coated with Xtreme Shield polyurethane offers a 3000mm Schmerber water column.
This tent is warmer than its three-season cousins thanks to its inner chamber in 20 denier ripstop nylon, which keeps the heat inside the tent. You'll also find a polyester micromesh on the top of the doors to promote ventilation and prevent the tent from condensing too much.
Finally, the Access 1 has numerous anchor points to ensure maximum security and wind resistance.
