Compact and ultra-light, the VARIO filter is ideal for small groups looking for a product thateliminates bacteria, protozoa, cysts, algae, spores and sediments. The replaceable carbon granules reduce the chemical content of the water.

When you switch the ceramic washer to "LONGER LIFE" mode, you can filter cloudier water at a lower flow rate (1L/min). In "FAST FLOW" mode, the water flow rate increases (2L/min) and passes directly into the hollow glass fibre filter.

The VARIO filter by Katadyn provides effective filtration for 2000 litres, depending on water quality.
