Gustativement l'assaisonnement est plutôt réussit. Il est recommandé de mettre de l'eau jusqu'au niveau 1... curieusement j'en ai mis bien au delà pour que cela soit correctement humidifié. C'est un taboulé donc eau froide, ne pas perdre de veu que dans de nombreuses randos il est préférable de faire bouillir l'eau.
