Head YUKI SET TEAM Ski Helmet

Designed for young skiers, the Head YUKI SET TEAM ski helmet is a complete solution tailored for winter sports for children and teens. It comes with a goggle included in the set, providing immediate eye protection from the very first time on the slopes. The design combines comfort tailored to junior head shapes with precise adjustments to accommodate a child’s growth.

The Head YUKI SET TEAM: a technical design focused on junior protection

The polycarbonate outer shell is constructed using In-mold technology, which fuses the rigid shell directly to the shock-absorbing EPS inner layer. This process ensures a uniform structure, reducing the risk of the layers separating in the event of an impact. The Microshell coating reinforces the outer surface, contributing to the helmet’s overall durability. The helmet is certified to EN 1077:2007 Class B, the European standard for winter sports helmets, which attests to a level of impact resistance that meets current regulatory requirements.

A Fit Designed for Children

The SphEar Fit system allows for vertical adjustment of the inner lining and ear pads, enabling precise customization of the fit without having to change sizes. The child-specific lining, combined with the Beanie Comfort design, replicates the feel of an integrated beanie for extended wear without discomfort. The ear pads are removable, offering flexibility depending on temperature conditions. The goggle mount, which is pre-installed and removable, ensures seamless integration with the goggles included in the set.

Ventilation and Mask Included in the Set

The helmet features thermal ventilation and a dedicated ventilation system for the goggles, minimizing fog buildup between the bottom of the helmet and the top of the goggles. This junction is often a source of discomfort for young skiers: actively managing it helps maintain clear vision in all conditions. The goggles included in the set offer UV 400 protection, an anti-fog coating, and meet S2 standards with 20% visible light transmission, making them suitable for bright to sunny days on the slopes. A neck gaiter completes the set, providing thermal protection for the lower face.
