Splitboard skins are put on the bottom of ski boards to give them grip and prevent slipping. They're essential for climbing, so you can get to the top of the mountains with ease. They are attached to the ski with glue. Once you've reached the desired altitude, the skins can be removed for a smooth, majestic descent. Good quality splitboard skins are defined above all by their length, width and cut. And that's exactly what these 135X170 split skins from Plum are all about. They come in large sizes without being pre-cut. This gives you the advantage of being able to arrange them to suit your needs.

Apart from size and cut, there are other criteria to consider before buying, such as the fabric used to make the skins. SPLIT 135X170 SKINS are made from a combination of two materials. Nylon and mohair ensure durability and give the skin a good grip. Each element is made up of four layers and a high-quality hot-melt. It is also impervious to fluorocarbon and has a solvent-free coating.
