apidura EXPEDITION saddle bag (9L)

Suitable for mountain biking and gravel, the EXPEDITION 9 L saddle bag from Apidura dispenses with the need for a luggage rack and attaches directly to the seatpost (seatpost height required: 4 cm). It offers a spacious, lightweight (325g) and rain- and abrasion-resistant compartment.

Designed by the British pioneer of bikepacking, the EXPEDITION saddlebag comes in three capacities: 17L, 14L and 9L, depending on the length of your planned trip. The EXPEDITION 9L model is ideal for all your adventures. You can easily store your gear or clothes inside. Its roll-up closure system means it adapts to the space you need. Once compressed, its length will vary from 31 to 41cm depending on the volume of your pack.

Attached to the seatpost with reinforced Hypalon Velcro , a rubberised nylon, and a strap attached to the seat rail, the EXPEDITION pannier will be securely fastened and won't move, giving you maximum compactness. The pannier has been designed by Apidura in a three-layer fabric (durable Nylon, waterproof Polyurethane, Polyurethane film) for greater resistance to rain, abrasion and tearing. Its welded seams make it a waterproof compartment under the saddle.

The saddlebag is fitted with Woojin strap buckles. The lower part of the saddlebag includes a thermoplastic moulded section to reinforce the structure. A reflective insert and an attachment point for a rear light ensure good visibility.
