It attaches to the top tube of the bike with carbon-friendly velcro and to the rest of the frame. Used on its own, it's ideal for day trips or everyday use in town. The EXPEDITION COMPACT pannier is made from a lightweight three-layer fabric that's waterproof thanks to its welded seams, so it'll stand up to the elements without a second thought. Resistant to abrasion and tears, it will follow you wherever you go.
