Designed for unisex use, the C.A.M.P. Axion Light Fingerless gloves are intended for climbers, via ferrata enthusiasts, and summer mountaineers who seek both protection and precision of movement. Their fingerless design ensures uncompromised tactile sensitivity, which is essential when handling holds or technical gear. The goatskin palm and breathable stretch fabric back combine to create a lightweight and functional glove, ideal for demanding summer outings.

Materials designed for dexterity and durability with the CAMP Axion Light Fingerless

The goatskin leather palm offers proven resistance to abrasion and tearing, while maintaining a precise feel on rocky surfaces. The lightweight synthetic stretch fabric back complements this construction by allowing full hand mobility without hindering the repetitive movements typical of climbing or rope work. Weighing just 62 grams, these gloves fit discreetly into your gear without adding extra weight to your load.

A snug fit for real-world use

The elastic wristband combined with a hook-and-loop closure ensures a reliable and quick fit, preventing the glove from slipping during activity. Hanging loops allow you to attach the gloves to your harness or let them dry between pitches—a practical detail that makes a difference during long days on the rock face. All of these features contribute to a consistent user experience, whether for sport climbing, summer mountaineering, or rope access work.

Certification and Mechanical Protection Levels

The Axion Light Fingerless gloves are CE EN 388 certified, a standard addressing mechanical risks. This certification attests to measured resistance levels: abrasion 3, cut 1, tear 3, and puncture 2. These values indicate that the glove reduces certain common mechanical risks associated with handling ropes or rock, though it does not eliminate them entirely. For climbers seeking an objective benchmark for the mechanical performance of their gear, this data provides a concrete reference point.
