This Ortlieb lockable handlebar mounting kit lets you attach a handlebar pannier or handlebar basket with ease. The adapter is compatible with panniers and baskets from other brands. It fits all handlebar diameters up to 31.8 mm.
The kit contains 1 lockable mounting block, wire rope and screws. Installation is quick and easy. Ride safely thanks to the reflective logo.
