Ortlieb's HANDLEBAR-PACK handlebar bag is available from Speck-Sports.
With a compact length of 58 cm, this pannier slips neatly over your handlebars to allow you to take more gear with you while distributing the weight on the bike as evenly as possible.
The roll-up fasteners on the sides allow easy access to the contents while guaranteeing maximum watertightness, while the external compression straps allow you to attach other items to your pack.
The attachment system consists of a spacer and two straps with high-grip hook-and-loop fasteners.
