The GRIGRI + belayer: reliable, versatile and safe

Cam-assisted locking:

The GRIGRI + belay device is equipped with a cam-assisted locking system, offering optimum safety during falls or when the climber is resting. The cam pivots and pinches the rope to lock it, offering great tolerance of the braking-side hand position, whatever the angle between the climber's rope and the braking-side rope.

Ease of descent:

The ergonomic handle ensures a comfortable grip and easy rope release. What's more, the highly progressive control of rope travel guarantees a smooth, comfortable descent.

Adaptability:

Compatible with all dynamic single ropes from 8.5 to 11 mm, and optimized for diameters between 8.9 and 10.5 mm, this Petzl belayer adapts to different rope types and climbing configurations.

Robustness:

Designed for intensive use, the GRIGRI + features a stainless steel reinforcement plate ensuring very high durability over time.
