Optimus POLARIS OPTIFUEL Multifuel stove

The Polaris Optifuel is a multi-fuel stove from Swedish manufacturer Optimus. This means that it works with both gas cartridges and liquid fuels:
- Threaded-valve gas cartridges, EN417 standard type Optimus, Msr, Jetboil, etc..
- Liquid fuel: white petrol (C), paraffin, diesel and paraffin.


Fitted with the Nova burner (used on the Nova and Nova+). This high-performance stove is designed for intensive, multi-purpose use: travel, mountains and expeditions.
Thanks to this duo system, you can switch from gas to petrol and vice versa depending on location, altitude and weather conditions. Depending on the fuel supply, you can choose between burning gas or liquid fuel.

In terms of performance, the Optimus Polaris generates 14340 BTU, or 4200 Watts, enoughto bring 1 litre of water to the boil in 3.4 minutes (with petrol) and 4 minutes with a gas cartridge (11267 BTU / 3300 Watts).
The Polaris has a flame control tap on the burner (easy to operate with gloves) and a tap on the gas bottle.
