The HELINOX Chair One draws inspiration from the original chair while offering a significant improvement in comfort. Its innovative (re)Tension Design technology introduces a second tension line along the seat’s contour, ensuring a more even distribution of weight across the frame. This feature provides enveloping support and improves sitting posture, making every moment of relaxation more enjoyable, whether you’re camping, hiking, or simply spending time outdoors. Measuring 71 cm in height and 57 cm in width when assembled, it offers a more spacious seating area while remaining true to the brand’s ultralight approach.

A stronger, taller, and more durable frame

The chair features redesigned nylon resin hubs, enhancing the overall stability of the structure. The frame uses the exclusiveDAC aluminum alloy—strong and durable—but now made from reused aluminum scraps collected directly at the factory. This choice reduces environmental impact while maintaining HELINOX’s legendary quality. Taller than the classic version, it makes setup and takedown easier, making the experience even more comfortable. Tubes mounted on tension cords ensure intuitive setup: the components lock naturally into place.

Technical materials for extended use

The seat, made of Bluesign®-certified 300D recycled polyester, is combined with mesh panels to ensure weather resistance, optimal support, and uninterrupted ventilation. Reinforced corners guarantee greater fabric durability over time. Although sturdy, the entire unit remains lightweight: it weighs barely more than one kilogram when folded and can support up to 145 kg when unfolded. It comes with a compact zippered carrying case measuring 39 × 13.5 × 12 cm, featuring a strap and a fabric loop for easily attaching it to a bag or carrying it by hand.
