More than 10,000 e-commerce sites in France were surveyed for this study. In each of the sectors analysed, the most important sites were then selected, based on their traffic in 2018 and their sales.
The sites were tested on the basis of 53 criteria, including:
- Ergonomics ;
- Payment and delivery options
- Shopping security;
- Technical performance;
- Customer relations.
Finally, a qualitative survey of 3,000 Internet users completed the technical analysis. These results were combined to produce a score out of 10.
For this 2019 edition of the rankings, we have just been awarded the Capital label "Best e-commerce websites 2019" and 8th place among the outdoor activity websites.
