Come and admire the magnificent Fontargente lakes and their emerald green reflections. Starting from the Pla de las Peyres car park and following the path, you'll come across the Ruhle refuge, then the largest of the 3 lakes, and then the other two smaller ones. Be careful, there are several scree crossings and switchbacks that require good hiking boots. You finish the trail after a technical section that takes you back to your starting point. These high mountain lakes are surrounded by a mixture of green and rocky mountains. Quite difficult, this hike is a 3h35 loop for 7.83km with a positive difference in altitude of 463m.
