The POC Skull Dura X MIPS helmet has been designed to meet the demands of racing and keep your focus on the course. Fully FIS RH 2013 certified, it features the MIPS Integra system, a discreet but essential technology for reducing rotational forces during an impact. Its multi-impact EPP inner liner provides durable resistance, ideal for the repetitive conditions of alpine skiing. The injected PC/ABS shell completes this level of protection by offering both strength and durability.
Precise fit and impeccable stability
The helmet features the Race Lock system, a dial integrated directly into the helmet line that allows for a firm and perfectly secure fit, even when speed increases. This precise adjustment ensures stability without disturbing your racing posture or vision. In addition, the quick-release ear pads can be safely removed after a fall, while the ear cavities preserve natural balance and sound perception, two essential elements on a competition track.
Continuous comfort and maximum compatibility
Designed to be forgotten once in place, the Skull Dura X MIPS conforms to the shape of the head for a comfortable fit throughout the descent. Its structure also allows for excellent compatibility with the Maxilla Breakaway chin guard, a bonus for slalom racers looking for extra safety. A flexible attachment on the back of the helmet keeps goggles securely in place, and the Fidlock® buckle ensures quick closure even when wearing gloves.
