Excellence in Ventilation - Active Panel Ventilation System

When it comes to ski helmets, ventilation is often a crucial concern. Many helmets on the market struggle to offer adequate ventilation due to the challenges they face during certification testing. However, the Ryft MIPS helmet has cleverly addressed this problem with its revolutionary system called"Active Panel Ventilation". Unlike other helmets, Active Panel Ventilation has been meticulously designed to allow a significant amount of air to circulate through the vertical area surrounding the ventilation openings. This innovative design results in a constant flow of air inside the helmet, guaranteeing exceptional ventilation for optimum comfort.

Perfect fit - BOA® Fit system

Another essential factor in the performance of a ski helmet is its fit. That's where the BOA® Fit system comes in. Designed to push the limits of performance, this system offers micro-adjustments for fully customizable comfort and unrivalled stability. You can fine-tune your helmet for optimum fit, allowing you to ski with confidence, knowing that your helmet will stay securely in place, even in the most extreme conditions. The unrivalled stability offered by the BOA® system allows you to concentrate on your descent without worrying about your equipment.

Advanced Brain Protection - MIPS® Safety System

Finally, safety is a major concern in the world of skiing, and the Ryft helmet incorporates MIPS® (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) technology. This revolutionary safety innovation consists of a low-friction layer positioned inside the helmet, usually between the liner and the EPS protective foam. The main role of this layer is to allow the head to move in all directions by 10 to 15 millimeters relative to the helmet during oblique impacts.

This controlled mobility helps to reduce the rotational movement transmitted to the brain, thus reducing the risk of serious injury in the event of a fall. The MIPS® Brain Protection System is designed to integrate seamlessly into the helmet design without compromising comfort, fit or ventilation. Several MIPS® systems are available, but they all share the same fundamental objective: to make helmets safer and enable winter sports enthusiasts to enjoy their favorite activities to the full with enhanced safety.
