The SMITH Nexus MIPS® helmet is designed for skiers and snowboarders who spend more time on the slopes than off. Its hybrid shell is sturdy and lightweight, while the fully ventilated KOROYD® material effectively absorbs impact energy, outperforming traditional foam constructions. The MIPS® system complements this protection by reducing rotational forces during oblique impacts, ensuring increased safety on the most demanding terrain.

Customized comfort and fit

To ensure that protection is worn with pleasure, the Nexus incorporates the BOA® 360 Fit system, which is micro-adjustable to perfectly fit the shape of your head. Removable ear pads and Ionic+® antimicrobial lining ensure lasting comfort and odor control. The 24 adjustable vents, combined with the AirEvac system, optimize airflow and integrate perfectly with SMITH goggles to reduce fogging and maintain clear vision.

Practical and versatile features

Nexus MIPS® doesn't just protect: its Fidlock® buckle allows for quick one-handed fastening, while the compatible Aleck® audio system transforms your helmet into a multimedia companion. It is comfortable and offers complete protection against side and frontal impacts, in accordance with ASTM F 2040 and CE EN 1077:2007 Class B standards.

The SMITH Nexus MIPS® helmet provides innovative protection and a perfect fit so you can enjoy your days in the mountains to the fullest.
