Head YUKI SET CANDY Ski Helmet

A helmet and goggle set designed for young skiers

The Head YUKI SET CANDY ski helmet is a complete set designed for young skiers, combining a lightweight helmet with a matching ski goggle. Designed for downhill skiing in winter conditions, it combines both essential pieces of headgear into a single set, color-coordinated for an instantly cohesive look. Its key features include a balance of lightness, protection, and comfort tailored to children’s head shapes, from their first ski pass to more challenging days on the slopes.

Construction and Protection: In-Mold and Microshell Technology

The helmet’s construction is based on In-mold technology, which involves directly bonding the shock-absorbing inner layer to the outer shell during the manufacturing process. This method reduces the overall weight while maintaining a solid, uniform structure. The Microshell layer reinforces this construction by providing additional protection to the helmet’s outer surface. Together, these two materials form a cohesive technical foundation for a junior ski helmet designed for family-friendly slopes.

Comfort and Fit Designed for Kids

The Head YUKI SET CANDY incorporates several comfort features designed for young skiers. The Beanie Comfort design makes the helmet feel like a beanie, encouraging children to wear it willingly. The inner lining is specifically tailored to children’s head shapes, and the ear pads are vertically adjustable to accommodate growth. The SphEar Fit system allows for a precise fit of the helmet to the child’s head, ensuring a stable hold without discomfort. A neck gaiter completes the set by protecting the back of the neck from the cold.

Ventilation and Mask Compatibility

The helmet’s built-in thermal ventilation regulates the temperature inside the helmet during physical activity, limiting overheating in the middle of the day. The Goggle Venting System ensures smart airflow between the helmet and the goggles, reducing the risk of fogging on the lens. This system is made possible by the pre-mounted clip-on goggle attachment, which holds the goggles in the optimal position within the helmet’s upper interface. The goggles included in the set feature an anti-fog treatment and UV 400 protection, with S2-rated lenses (20% light transmission) suited for varying light conditions on the slopes.

The Head YUKI SET CANDY ski helmet is designed for children who are just starting out or improving their skills on the slopes, offering them a coordinated, adjustable setup designed to make every outing more comfortable. The coordinated helmet and goggle set simplifies the choice for parents while meeting the practical technical needs of winter sports.
