Designed to meet the demands of competition, the POC Skull Dura X MIPS helmet is FIS RH 2013 certified and features multi-impact EPP back protection to effectively absorb shocks. The Mips Integra system, subtly integrated into the helmet's structure, reduces rotational forces during an impact, providing increased safety for high-level skiers.
Thanks to the Race Lock system, a dial adjustment device located on the edge of the helmet, the fit is precise, secure, and perfectly suited to very high speeds. Its design ensures even pressure distribution for optimal comfort, allowing you to stay focused on the race without any discomfort. Open ear chambers reduce the impact of the helmet on balance and hearing, while removable ear pads facilitate quick and secure removal in the event of an accident.
Its bi-material PC/ABS shell combines strength and durability, while a rear clip keeps glasses securely in place. The helmet is fully compatible with the POC Maxilla Breakaway chin guard for additional face protection. The Fidlock® buckle allows the helmet to be easily fastened or removed even when wearing gloves. Finally, although the fluorescent pigments used are free from harmful chemicals, they may fade naturally under UV light without affecting the helmet's performance.
