Designed for high-level skiers, the POC Skull Dura X MIPS helmet is FIS RH 2013 certified and features a multi-impact EPP liner for effective shock absorption. The subtly integrated Mips Integra system reduces rotational forces during an impact, enhancing safety without compromising comfort.
Precise fit and optimal comfort
The Race Lock device, positioned on the edge of the helmet, allows for fine and secure adjustment, perfectly suited to high speeds in racing. Pressure is distributed evenly across the head, providing comfort that you forget you're wearing, allowing you to stay focused on performance. The removable ear pads can be easily removed after a fall for safe helmet removal, and the open ear chambers preserve balance and hearing.
Technical design and compatibility
Featuring a bi-material shell made of injected PC/ABS, the Skull Dura X MIPS combines strength and durability. It is compatible with the POC Maxilla Breakaway chin guard for additional face protection. A rear clip keeps goggles in place, while the Fidlock® buckle makes it easy to close even with gloves on. The pigments used are free from hazardous chemicals and may fade naturally under UV light without affecting the helmet's performance.
