The Marker SQUIRE 11 unisex ski bindings are designed for light- to intermediate-weight skiers who enjoy freeriding and freestyle. Engineered to provide efficient energy transfer between the boot and the ski, they stand out for their lightweight construction and compact design. Their compatibility with Alpine and GripWalk soles allows for an easy transition from the piste to off-piste terrain, while maintaining an appropriate level of control. With several brake widths available, these alpine ski bindings adapt to different ski geometries without sacrificing precision.

Marker SQUIRE 11 Ski Bindings for Versatile Freeride and Freestyle

The Marker SQUIRE 11 ski bindings are designed to meet the needs of unisex skiers who are passionate about freeride and freestyle, with a weight range of 30 to 110 kg. Their DIN adjustment range of 3.0 to 11.0 allows for precise tuning of the release based on the skier’s build and skiing style, striking the right balance between support and safety. With a height of just 24 mm without skis, these bindings maintain a close connection to the ski, enhancing terrain feel and control, particularly in the snowpark or on moderate off-piste terrain.

Optimized Energy Transfer and Boot Hold

To ensure direct and reliable energy transfer, the Marker SQUIRE 11 ski bindings feature a Triple Pivot Light 2 toe piece and a Hollow Linkage 2 heel piece. The lightweight and compact front toe piece helps minimize bulk while providing a firm hold on the front of the boot, resulting in greater precision during edge engagement and direction changes. At the rear, the Hollow Linkage 2 heel piece is designed to provide torsional stiffness while keeping the overall weight in check, which helps maintain stability during turns without adding bulk to the skis. Weighing 1,640 g per pair, these bindings are well-suited for skiers looking for a setup that’s light enough to string together spins and jumps while still delivering solid performance on the descent.

Base Compatibility and Performance in Snowy Conditions

The Marker SQUIRE 11 ski bindings are compatible with Alpine soles that meet the ISO 5355 A standard and with GripWalk (ISO 23223 A), allowing for the use of various types of ski boots, particularly those offering greater comfort when walking off-piste. A stainless steel AFD (Anti-Friction Device) plate under the forefoot promotes smooth release by minimizing friction when the binding is triggered. An Anti-Ice rail is also integrated to facilitate the removal of snow and ice from under the boot sole, which helps ensure the binding system functions properly in changing conditions or when snow compacts under the boots. The various brake widths available—90 mm, 100 mm, or 110 mm—allow you to choose a binding suited to the width of your ski, ensuring good control when edging and stopping.
