It was following two consecutive natural disasters, the Indian Ocean tsunami (2004) and Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, USA (2005), that British inventor Michael Pritchard decided to develop a portable water filtration system. He succeeded in 2007. The first portable water filter bottle from LifeSaver.
LifeSaver's goal is very simple: to provide access to drinking water for all. LifeSaver therefore comes to the aid of populations after natural disasters, but also in times of crisis.
LifeSaver products can also be used outside of crisis situations to meet water needs during hikes, expeditions, or trips.
