Pajak is a Polish family-owned company founded in 1983 by Andrzej and Ewa Pajak. Since its inception, the brand has been driven by a passion for outdoor activities. Its mission: to design products that can accompany adventurers on all their outings. In 2014, Pajak underwent a major strategic realignment to focus exclusively on outdoor gear, with a deep specialization in down products.

Pajak’s strength lies in offering a full range of down gear— sleeping bags, jackets, and accessories—of some of the highest quality in the world.

The brand relies on premium Polish goose down that offers exceptional loft, combined with ultra-lightweight fabrics from Toray (Airtastic) or Pertex Shield+, YKK zippers, and Woojin components for unbeatable durability.

Pajak has also developed a proprietary partitioning technology known as the Z-construction. The walls are angled between the different chambers trapping the down, providing better insulation compared to a classic H-construction.

The down used comes from local farms that respect animal welfare, and the products are RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certified, guaranteeing an ethical supply chain. High-quality, RDS-certified natural down offers an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio, optimal compressibility, and exceptional thermal insulation, even in sub-zero temperatures.
