LANGE
Lange is a brand specialising in the manufacture of ski boots. Robert Lange made the first ski boot from reinforced plastic and polyester resin in 1948. A long series of innovations followed, including plastic boots with laces and the first ski boot with metal buckles in 1965.
The reputation of the Lange brand grew over the years thanks to the visibility offered by athletes wearing Lange shoes: 3 gold medals at the 1972 Olympic Games in Sapporo, 4 medals at the 1988 Olympic Games in Calgary, not to mention the performances of Deborah Compagnoni (Olympic Gold), Alberto Tomba (World Champion), Hermann Maier (Double Olympic Gold) or and Maria Riesch (two Crystal Globes).
In the early 2010s, Lange innovated once again with the possibility of having shoes adapted to wide feet, without neglecting performance. As the years went by, Lange established itself as a major competitor in the ski boot market, with more and more athletes wearing the brand's boots.
That's why the Speck-Sports team invites you to take a look at its selection of Lange products, to make your skiing experience as enjoyable as possible.
