Ski & ski touring backpacks

When ski touring, every gram counts and every second can make a difference. That's why our backpacks are specially designed to offer maximum lightness without compromising on functionality. Made from robust, lightweight technical materials, they allow great freedom of movement on the ascent while ensuring excellent support on the descent, even on steep slopes.

These bags include essential features such as:

• ski carrying systems ( side, diagonal or A-frame),
• compartments for avalanche safety equipment (shovel, probe, avalanche transceiver),
• pockets that are easily accessible even when wearing gloves,
• zipped access at the back for convenient storage of equipment,
• options for attaching a helmet, poles or crampons.

For day trips or downhill skiing, choose compact models (10 to 25L), perfect for carrying the essentials: jacket, snacks, goggles, tools or water pouch. Comfortable, discreet and practical, they are ideal for a day at the resort or light freeriding.

Airbag backpacks:

In the mountains, safety should never be neglected. In unsecured terrain—off-piste, steep couloirs, or avalanche zones—an avalanche airbag backpack is an essential ally.

Our models are equipped with the most reliable safety systems:

• ABS®: proven handle and cartridge activation system,
• Mammut Airbag System 3.0: compact, modular, and high-performance.

The principle is simple: in the event of an avalanche, the bag deploys an airbag to keep you on the surface of the avalanche. This greatly increases your chances of survival while leaving room for your essential gear.

In addition to the airbag system, these bags have all the features of a technical ski bag:

• diagonal or lateral ski carrying,
• snowboard or splitboard attachment,
• dedicated safety compartment (shovel, probe),
• waist belt with zipped pockets,
• compatible with a water bladder, helmet holder, and attachments for technical equipment.

Available in several sizes (18 to 40 L), they are just as suitable for a day of freeriding as for a ski touring expedition. Some models even allow the airbag system to be removed for all-season use.
