A backpack with lots of features, we're talking about the FUTURA PRO 34 SL by Deuter.

Ventilation at the back is provided by the Aircomfort mesh back system, reducing perspiration by 25% and stress on the cardiovascular system.

The Active-Comfort-Fit system distributes the load evenly across the back thanks to its stable, padded construction.

Its circular profile frame made from spring steel provides a light, strong frame that stretches the mesh, transferring weight to the waistband while ensuring good freedom of movement and a snug fit.

Its hip belt has extra padding and is equipped with Vari Flex technology. This system makes carrying easier by following the hiker's movements. In addition to this, you have ergonomic hip stabilisers that can be adjusted forwards and are made from bilaminate foam with PE reinforcements to transfer weight to the hips.

The shoulder straps have a chest belt that you can adjust horizontally and vertically for even greater comfort. You can also adjust the straps to distribute the weight between the shoulders and hips.

In terms of storage, the bag has two external side pockets and one external front pocket, a compartment for valuables, an internal elasticated compartment and a compartment for a water bag of up to three litres. The bonnet also has a pocket for your belongings.

You can also take your poles, picks and ice axes with you without worrying about where to put them when you're not using them, thanks to the elastic loops provided.

The FUTURA 34 SL can also be compartmentalised thanks to a removable intermediate base. So you can choose to have a single compartment accessible from the top and bottom, or two separate compartments.

When you're not using the entire volume, you can use the compression straps on either side of the bag to prevent it from shifting around. These straps can also be used to attach certain items.

Finally, the women's SL cut offers a smaller back and more streamlined shoulder straps to avoid rubbing against the chest.
