The BACKLAND 86 SL W touring ski by Atomic is now available from Speck-Sports.
A symbol of lightness, the Backland SL range is a women's ski designed above all for climbing.
The Backland 86 SL W features an Ultra Light Woodcore combined with SL fibreglass and Carbon Backbone reinforcement. This combination considerably reduces weight while keeping the ski relatively stable on the descent.
TheHRZN Tech tip is designed to give you better lift in powder snow, while cutting through the most crusty snow. The All-mountain rocker in the tip is also present for greater buoyancy and manoeuvrability.
Finally, the Dura Cap Sidewall construction will give you a little more grip on hard snow.
Women ski tourers looking for a lightweight ski will love what Atomic's BACKLAND 86 SL has to offer.
The Backland 86 SL W is sold with SKIN 85/86 skins.
These skins have been pre-cut to fit the Backland 86 SL W perfectly and require no cutting. Made from a 70% mohair blend, they offer the perfect compromise between grip, glide and durability.
