Optimus POLARIS OPTIFUEL Multifuel stove

The Polaris Optifuel is a multi-fuel stove from the Swedish manufacturer Optimus. This means that it works with both gas cartridges and liquid fuels:
- Threaded valve gas cartridges, standard EN417 type Optimus, Msr, Jetboil, etc....
- Liquid fuel: white gasoline (C), kerosene, diesel fuel and kerosene.

It is equipped with the Nova burner (used on Nova and Nova+). It is a high-performance stove dedicated to versatile and intensive use: travel, mountain and expedition.
Thanks to this dual system, you can switch from gas to petrol and back again depending on the location, altitude and weather conditions. Depending on the fuel supply, you can choose between gas or liquid fuel combustion.

In terms of performance, the Optimus Polaris generates 14340 BTU, or 4200 Watts, bringing 1 litre of water to a boil in 3.4 minutes (with gasoline) and 4 minutes with a gas cartridge (11267 BTU / 3300 Watts).
The Polaris has a flame control valve at the burner (easy to operate with gloves) and a valve at the fuel bottle.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION :

- Single nozzle: you do not have to change the nozzle depending on the fuel used

- Integrated MAGICTM cleaning needle for quick and easy maintenance of the nozzle, even during cooking - Robust aluminium pump with automatic purge system that depressurizes the fuel bottle

- 4-season" mode when the stove is used with a gas cartridge. Reverse cartridge system allows to obtain a constant power even at negative temperatures.

- Contains: burner, Flipstop pump, Multitool maintenance tool, wind screen, heat reflector, cover, spare parts and lubricant.
