Fritschi traxion knives for Fritschi Vipec, Vipec Evo and Tecton bindings

Optimum restraint on all types of terrain, especially steep slopes, tricky traverses and hard snow, provides both safety and comfort. Like the Diamir Vipec 12 equipped with the Diamir Safety Pin System, the matching ice knife is resolutely different, offering the user a secure grip and added functionality in all circumstances.

TRAXION TECH leads the way

An absolute novelty, the grip depth can be adjusted as required using a mechanism that is as simple as it is refined. A pleasant surprise: even at the third step of 13°, the blade still penetrates deep into the snow, providing a secure and constant hold at every step. The lightness and biting geometry of the blade offer the user far more restraint, comfort and safety than conventional knives.
