The Moab Speed 2 GTX is designed for hikers who want a lightweight shoe that delivers performance. Built for easy to moderate terrain, it provides excellent protection from the elements thanks to its waterproof GORE-TEX membrane. Its design is inspired by the legendary Merrell Moab, incorporating innovations based on feedback from outdoor athletes.

Comfort and protection for your feet throughout your hike

This shoe features a padded collar and a gusseted tongue to prevent debris from entering. The reinforced heel and toe cap provide effective protection against abrasion, while Cleansport NXT™ treatment naturally controls odors for extended use. Buckles on the heel and tongue make it easy to put on and allow the shoe to be attached to carabiners.

Grip and stability for performance

Merrell's exclusive Vibram® TC5+ outsole guarantees exceptional traction on a variety of terrain. The 4 mm lugs are specifically designed to shed debris and improve grip with every step. Lightweight FlexPlate™ technology combines rigidity and stability to protect the forefoot, while the FloatPro™ foam midsole provides long-lasting cushioning and comfort.
