The Blue Ice SCQUIRREL 32L Cherry Tomato backpack is now available from Speck-Sports. This Squirrel 32 rucksack is ideal for approach walks, day hikes or short mountaineering trips.
Thanks to its well-thought-out accessories, the Squirrel 32L lets you easily carry a helmet and climbing rope on the outside of the bag. The rucksack also has 2 water bottle holders.
In the main compartment, you'll find room for a waterproof/breathable jacket, down jacket, harness, climbing boots, hydration pocket, etc.
The squirrel 32 allows you to carry even more equipment than its little brother, the squirrel 22. It has mesh side pockets and compression straps. What's more, you can open the bag via the back panel, giving you easy access to the contents of the bottom of the bag without even taking it off - handy when climbing! All you have to do is keep the waist belt on while removing the shoulder straps, so you can put the rucksack on the front and access the contents of the rucksack through the back opening.
All the essentials fit into this efficient and, above all, robust rucksack, thanks to its 210D Duramax ripstop nylon construction for effective protection against abrasion.
