The Kestrel backpack is designed for long-distance hiking, with a comfortable carrying system for heavy loads. It is both hard-wearing and durable.
The Osprey kestrel 68 has enough volume for multi-day adventures. Access to your gear is made easy with a large zipped side opening that extends from the flap to the compression straps. The Kestrel 68 also has access under the top flap with a drawstring closure, as well as a lower sleeping bag compartment with a removable divider.
The Kestrel's back system has been developed with comfort and stability in mind, featuring a tried and tested AirScape back panel, a waist belt and robust shoulder straps that allow you to carry a heavy load comfortably. Its adjustable design allows you to easily customise the height of the back panel using the hook-and-loop system at the shoulder blades.
Features include reinforced nylon water bottle pockets, two zipped waist pockets, a large front tote pocket, a top flap pocket, a pocket under the top flap with a keyring and a hydration pocket accessible from the outside.
What's more, the kestrel 68 offers all the essential features for your outings in the great outdoors: an integrated, removable waterproof cover, Osprey's Stow-On-The-Go pole holder, numerous compression straps, ground sheet straps, ice axe holders and a multitude of attachment loops.
