Trek'n Eat freeze-dried meal Beef stroganoff with rice

The freeze-dried meal Beef Strogonoff with rice by Trek'n Eat is once again available from Speck-Sports.

Trek'n Eat has revisited this great classic named after one of the most famous families of the Russian nobility. A tribute to the original recipe and the St Petersburg of the late 19th century, this version served with rice will delight the most discerning gourmets.

To sublimate its flavour, you can add a touch of paprika or tarragon, or a dash of vinegar, sherry, cognac or white wine, depending on the ingredients at your disposal.

Of course, the beef stroganoff from Trek'n Eat is just as delicious on its own. This generous dish has now become a classic for backpackers all over the world, reaching beyond the borders of the Russian metropolis with its two centuries of history.
