Hiking Shoes

Hiking shoes should be chosen with great care. A poor pair can cause discomfort and leave you with painful memories, while a good pair will make you forget you're wearing them. Depending on your hikes, you can adapt your shoes.

For day hikes on trails, you can choose low-cut or mid-cut shoes with good cushioning and maximum breathability. For multi-day hikes on rugged terrain, it's better to choose more durable, waterproof, and high-cut shoes to protect your ankles from rocks, water, or mud.
