Big Agnes SEEDHOUSE SL3 Olive / Gray Tent
The SEEDHOUSE SL3 tent by Big Agnes is available from Speck-Sports.
This three-person , three-season tent is designed primarily for backpackers looking for a lightweight, well-designed tent.
Its self-supporting structure, made up of a single DAC pole, greatly simplifies assembly, while offering a more spacious living area and a more stable tent.
In terms of protection, the Seedhouse SL3 features a rip-stop nylon rain fly treated with silicone for a 1200mm waterproof rating, and a polyester taffeta floor with polyurethane coating for a 1500mm waterproof rating. The seams are also waterproof.
The polyester mesh chamber provides better ventilation, so less condensation. With several pockets inside, everything is designed to keep you organised. And that's not all: on the side of the chamber, there are two small zips giving access to the small vestibules on the sides, for extra storage space.
Finally, the entrance is from the front with a single door. This is coupled with an apse, so once again you have extra storage space, this time for the bulkiest equipment.
The SEEDHOUSE SL3 by Big Agnes is a well thought-out tent for three occupants looking for a three-season model that's light and easy to pitch.
