The awning attaches to your existing awning rail to create a closed space. It offers protection from rain, wind, evening chill, as well as mosquitoes and other insects. The awning for an existing awning rail typically consists of two side panels and a front panel. Depending on the models, it can be attached to the awning rail using special bars or sealing profiles, or it can be zipped onto your awning with a zipper.
