  • A photo showing the problem encountered.
  • A photo of the serial number that can be found on the product label or, for skis, near the binding.
  • A photo of the proof of purchase.

As soon as we receive your request, our team will send these elements to the brand, which will establish an initial diagnosis. Our team will come back to you to give you more details about the next step of your request.

Please wait for our return email before sending the defective material. At this stage, the products sent should not be wet, dirty or smelly, they should be in a correct state.
In case of non-compliance with this instruction, there is a risk of refusal of guarantee.
